Rubicon Healthcare Partners Announces Acquisition of ClinStorage AB to Accelerate Growth and Nordic Expansion

Rubicon Healthcare Partners is pleased to announce the acquisition of ClinStorage AB, a leading Nordic provider of compliant biostorage, sample management, and logistics services to the life sciences industry.
​
ClinStorage has established itself as a trusted partner to pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies by providing secure, regulatory-compliant storage and handling of clinical trial materials. In addition to temperature-controlled GMP storage, the company offers value-added clinical services including secondary packaging and labelling of investigational products, sourcing of comparator drugs for clinical studies, Qualified Person (QP) oversight, and controlled distribution of clinical trial materials to study sites.

The transaction provides ClinStorage with growth capital and sector-focused ownership to support continued investments in infrastructure, capacity, and service capabilities - while maintaining the quality, compliance, and reliability that define the company’s offering. ClinStorage will continue to operate under its existing brand, leadership, and operational structure.

The life sciences sector continues to experience structural growth driven by innovation in biologics, cell and gene therapies, and precision medicine. Demand for secure, compliant biostorage and sample management solutions is increasing accordingly.
